HESQUANDOR is an 18 person CNC machine shop in Seattle, Washington. We are a contract precision machining supplier to industrial customers across the Pacific Northwest, running prototype through production work that ships clean and on time.
Daniel Ferraro founded HESQUANDOR in the spring of 2019 after fifteen years running mills and managing production for a large industrial contract manufacturer. He opened the shop with one used VMC and a lathe in leased space in Seattle’s Interbay industrial district.
Seven years on, we run six CNC machines across an 11,000 square foot floor in the Interbay industrial corridor. Most of our growth came from existing customers handing us more part numbers, not from chasing every RFQ that lands in the inbox. We took in our first five axis cell in 2024 to win tighter tolerance bracket and housing work.
We are a small shop on purpose. The customers who fit us are in it for the long program, not the one off. We closed 2025 at $2.0 million in revenue, up from $185 thousand our first partial year, and we have grown every year since founding.

HESQUANDOR is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Every job runs against a control plan. Critical characteristics are inspected on our Mitutoyo CMM and recorded against the print revision on file.
We provide first article inspection reports, full material certifications and PPAP submission packages for production parts. Our 2025 on time delivery ran 99.2% with a customer reject rate under 400 PPM.
