HESQUANDOR maintains a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001:2015.
Every job runs against a control plan. Critical characteristics are inspected on our Mitutoyo CMM and recorded against the print revision held on file. First article inspection reports, material certifications and PPAP submission packages are available for production parts.
Nonconforming material is segregated at the machine and dispositioned by the Quality Manager before any further operation. Corrective actions are tracked to closure and reviewed at management review.
We hold full material traceability from certified stock through finished part. Finishing processes carried out by regional partners are controlled through approved supplier agreements and verified on receipt.
Our commitment is simple. We ship parts that meet the print, we document what we shipped, and we fix the root cause when something falls short. Copies of both certificates are available to customers on request.
