These terms apply to all purchase orders accepted by HESQUANDOR unless superseded by a signed supply agreement.
Payment
Net 30 from date of invoice for accounts in good standing. New accounts ship on prepayment for the first two orders.
Tolerances
Unless otherwise specified on the print, dimensions are held to the general tolerance block on the drawing. Where no tolerance block is present we apply our standard shop tolerance.
Quantity variance
Production runs may ship plus or minus five percent of the ordered quantity and are invoiced as shipped.
Tooling
Fixtures and tooling remain the property of HESQUANDOR unless purchased outright and identified on the order.
Delivery
Quoted lead times run from receipt of a complete order and approved print. Ship dates are estimates made in good faith and are not guaranteed against delays outside our control.
Warranty
We warrant that parts conform to the print revision on file at time of order. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming parts. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Changes and cancellation
Engineering changes after order acceptance may affect price and lead time and will be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of released work is subject to charges for material committed and labor performed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
