We have fitted a bar feeder to the Mazak QTN-200MY. The lathe can now run repeat shaft, hub and fitting work through a full magazine without an operator loading each blank.
For customers this means steadier pricing on higher quantity turned parts and more turning capacity during the day for first articles. The feeder was proved on three existing part numbers before we released it to production.
