Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchase orders accepted by HESQUANDOR unless superseded by a signed supply agreement.

Payment. Net 30 from date of invoice for accounts in good standing. New accounts ship on prepayment for the first two orders.

Tolerances. Unless otherwise specified on the print, dimensions are held to the general tolerance block on the drawing. Where no tolerance block is present we apply our standard shop tolerance.

Quantity variance. Production runs may ship plus or minus five percent of the ordered quantity and are invoiced as shipped.

Tooling. Fixtures and tooling remain the property of HESQUANDOR unless purchased outright and identified on the order.
