Quality Policy

HESQUANDOR maintains a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001:2015.

Every job runs against a control plan. Critical characteristics are inspected on our Mitutoyo CMM and recorded against the print revision held on file. First article inspection reports, material certifications and PPAP submission packages are available for production parts.

Nonconforming material is segregated at the machine and dispositioned by the Quality Manager before any further operation. Corrective actions are tracked to closure and reviewed at management review.
